Tasting includes the following wines....

                            Red Wines

  Garnet colored varietal with ripe berry aromas, lesser notes of clove & spice. Pleasantly distinctive & complex with a smooth, lingering finish. 

Chambourcin:  Raspberry, cranberry, & vanilla mingled with expressive herbaceous aromas.  Excellent structure, high tannins and good acidity.

Frontenac:   Cherry aroma, with plum and berry highlights.  Fruit-forward, medium-bodied, an approachable & pleasing red wine. 

White Wines

Vignoles:  Flavors of honey, ripe pear & white peach.   Crisp & refreshing acidity with a refined & elegant palate. 

Brianna:  A lovely, youthful, & vibrant white wine. Nectarine, mango, floral aromas and crisp acidity, well-balanced throughout! 

Firefly White:   Light, fresh nose of honeydew, peach, & apricot.  A   great “house wine” to have on hand for any occasion.
